I hadn't put my February summary here. Mainly because I've decided my swimming is never going to be good enough for a triathlon. I would like to try a duathlon maybe when I get round to buying a decent bike. So here are my stats..... Run- 160 miles Bike- 58.5 miles (all on my turbo trainer) Swim- 0 Walk- 45.6 miles Weighty training and other strength training- 19 hours and 19 minutes. Not a bad month really. |

My excuse is the metal in my resurfaced hip throws my buoyancy off! 🤪🤣 Not really an excuse. I'm just not that good at swimming. When Mr Ness and I first got married we used to go to the Crystal Leisure Centre in Stourbridge three times a week and swim a mile each time in their lane swim sessions. Really kept me fit when my hip wasn't strong enough to do anything else! |
