I'm going indoors bike this afternoon. Then it's rugby taxi so hopefully the weather will stay dry and/or calm enough to go for a walk. I'm a bit sick of sitting in the Landrover watching Netflix whilst the storms batter the bonnet.

Run, yoga later.
I'm a dullard.
February is nearly a done deal, it's been a pearler. We're owed a March and April of pleasant sunny Spring-ness. Sort it, beardy.

Afternoon all
There was a lot of fun and misery on the Orange pain bus last night, enjoyed my dinner after that.
However, needs must so out came the race shoes this morning and I tapped out a solid and mildly progressive 9 miles just to remind myself how they feel.
Wokie half on Sunday :¬0
Must be time for a short bike ride

Just done a 30 min session in the hotel pool (you can only book a 30min slot for lane swimming). It’s 14m, and a bit tiresome when you can’t push off strongly when you’ve got a dodgy foot.
Massage in half an hour 😴

Make sure you leave your Garmin on a 25m pool length, gives an encouraging swim pace!

Evening Athletes,
Long time no speak. To be fair it's hard enough keeping up with the Whats-app group
I can verify that there was much suffering on the Team Orange session last night. Encouragingly there was a 2nd best 5 min power for 2022, so there is signs of improvement. I followed that up with a pull buoy swim 400m non stop with a few drills and 25m swim without pb.
