Orange session was a strange one, not up for it before and struggled to get going for the fast laps, but sprinted (by my feeble standards) really well. Swam after, then ate pancakes after that. A good evening On the bike at 6am, and quite frisky for Z2/Z3/Z2 work, odd as this is usually a session I struggle with after late/hard Tuesday's but not today. Bodies, who understands them. Not me for sure.
