Swim. 3.4. Fine. Includes a 2km swim to prove it can be done.
Bike 97 weather affected and broken bike affected. Now all fixed and a new one, and even a working fan and HRM. Oh and a week on hols with no bike didn't help!
Run 40 bit low. Includes trail half.

Walk 68. Lots, even with GC doing most of the morning dog walks. Lots of walking on hols and days off.
Other cross 2 yogas and 13 morning Shred. Core and legs stronger.

Races 1.

This will do. A couple of weeks of decent volume then some light weeks then main race. Maybe a mid week sprint to practice transitions and scope out Dorney lake...

Going to be late on parade this month on account of being sat in a field in the sunshine ☀️ 😎

But I just wanted to tell you all that I’ve Been SWIMMING!! Outdoors in Derwent Water, no less.

I heart swimming. I’d nearly forgotten.

Excuse the newbie. Summary goes here? Mine for June is...

Swim 0 (that possibly won’t change)
Bike 25.5 miles (hopefully that’ll improve next month)
Run 135 miles (happy with that)
Walk 75 miles

Cross training about 14 hours.

Not a bad month really.

I been cricketing. Sort of.
Broke the buckle on my suunto and took a ball to the ankle which will leave a mark. Needs must when you have to prove your director wrong though.
