Morning
Last Wattbike ride done before I pack it up for the move. Training and diet are not a priority right now and havent been for about a week.
So the report
Run - 12hrs - 86miles - second best of the year Ride - 59hrs - 864 miles - 28 of these were outdoors so low mileage Yoga etc.. - 15.5 - big month for maintenance
Total - 86.5hrs - much lower due to actually being outside Rest -none
Races - got back on the track and ran 800/3km - gives me an idea of where I am Road race - inspired a blog but it wasn't pretty Long distance duathlon - no real leg issues, was a win (4th and 1st vet 50) TT - it went ok, I have dropped off a long way Hill Climbs - I'm not great but I really enjoy these

Volume down , fun up , what is not to like about misery and being smashed up in real life :¬) ?

MA. Swam full distance required for race at the end of the month last night. Slow. Had some energy for running around park with Dog after. Can't quite get my head around a bike ride and a run just yet. Might have to find a sprint tri in the next week or so just to prove I can string things together!

Oh yes it's sausage time!
Well .... I raced! woo hoo badly and lessons learned but HIM done.
Run 61m best since 2010 Swim 13.6m best ever walk 17m
actually did some yoga as work quieter now Bike just 372m down due to racing
Total hours 63.1 highest ever so not too shabby
July is Outlaw month then I sit on the sofa annoying husband until he accepts I'm better being allowed to train as he's getting very grumpy

Right fight fans here we go....
Swim 11 hrs/18mls/15% Bike 40hrs/625mls/48% Run 19hrs/115mls/25% XT 6hrs/8%
Total 76hrs
Fun month, plenty of TT's - volume down and detecting some cost in terms of top end fitness so there will be changes for the final 3 months into the big dance.
Will be cutting down on the short TT's (max 1 per week), and upping training volume again. I'm looking to get into the 1000 miles cycled/130 miles run/20 miles swum region again for July through to Sept. Races switching to the longer stuff - July is an epic month (100TT, 70.3 Staffs, Outlaw, 12hr on 1 Aug).
If only February would bugger off....

Total including gym, yoga, HFYB etc only 15. July will be biggerer.

Chicken sausage as follows.
Swim 3hrs/2.7 Bike 5hrs/54.9 Run 14hrs/59.5
Walk 7.5hrs/16.9
Nearly 30 hours in total, not too bad for a geriatric.
