Morning all Did 2hours on the mtb before 8am today , training log says I've done more outside than in this month . I haven't done more outside than in since March 2020. Racing tomorrow as well and packing to move so maybe this is the month where I finally look like an outdoor rider again. |

AA. I cycled to work yesterday. Luckily I came home about a hour before the tornado struck 😱😱 Then weather that is beyond even TROing hit. My house is OK but the kids' school is flooded and shut for at least the start of next week. First triathlon of the season tomorrow morning so it's feet up watching the tour this afternoon |
