Are you supposed to cry at the end of an ftp test?

Thought last week wasn’t hard enough

Last sufferfest ftp test on 12th September ftp was 106
Last week’s standalone 118 ish
Today 131

20 mins followed by recovery followed by 1 min all out

Hubby came out to ask what the shouting was it seems I was encouraging myself loudly (well I’m deaf and wasn’t wearing aids!)
