BRAT MD session 3x(4x400m, 1 min jog) 400 jog in ~ 4 mins. 69.3, 70.7, 70.8, 70.4, 68.3, 70.0, 71.1, 71.1, 67.4, 69.5, 70.0, 67.8
I'm fit but niggly atm (I'd have skipped todays session if it had been a max pace/ long recovery one). It's tempting to see if I can do another couple of races on track as unlikely to get anything over the next few months it seems but not going over the edge is also important.
