Good riding Gobi, you're in the mixing pot now which is encouraging.
Question regarding TSS scores.
My aim next year it to do a Standard Triathlon, a Grand Fondo and if the running legs play nice a Half marathon. What would be a reasonable average TSS score to aim for weekly? my initial thoughts is to do 3 runs and swims a week and 4 rides on the bike.
I ran three loops around the Bught last night before a short swim in the local pool, at least it was dry outside and the swim wasn't totally horrendous.
Looking forward to some pain this evening.

Haha, you must have got out just in time. We were thinking of running by the canal this afternoon, but it would be more like a swim. Probably drier in the canal!!

Tss 400 - 600 is good progressive training but you need build and balance against recovery.
