Is it acceptable to run before my swim I mean literally finish the run and finish at the pool when there is no shower to rinse in!?
Was thinking of swimming in run kit
Or is that too manky?

Personally I’d do the swim but not in actual run kit. But what do I know.....

Evening. Horse re-entry with a 2 hour Zwatt. Hour Z2 then some 2 and 5 min efforts hard enough to be a reminder but no blood curdling full gas efforts.

Rejigged some of my training data capture; still will follow TSS etc but looking to monitor and improve power across short durations; been through TP to get benchmarks for all time, 2019 and 2020 to date for various durations as benchmarks to shoot at.

Let the games begin (tomorrow......).

Good luck TRO, it is a big year coming up but you will have plenty of time to make those power improvements as I can't see any racing until early summer.

I think I'll dig out the Triathlon Training book and see if I can make a plan for next year.

3 swims 3 runs and 4 on the bike, with Gobi's Tuesday pain fest being the key session of the week.

I wouldn't, Pix, it seems rude somehow to get in the pool when already sweaty, even though you'd obviously be sweating directly into the water anyway if you're working hard.

I tend to run before my infrequent swims so I would say go for it
