I did the Volcano 25 laps. 3:09 for 105Km. Wasn't too bad. Only about 600m of climb I think but I basically levelled up from 15 to 16 as I got XP for 5, 10 and 25 loops plus 100Km badge. Winner of our group did 2:19 I think. I was 8th (of 8).

Afternoon all.

It was my fortnightly turn to do the weekly shop this morning. Seems to be more people about this weekend and the queue to get in was slightly longer than I’m used to.

I had to bite my tongue a couple of times when confronted with utterly disrespectful fools who can’t even follow an arrow on the ground. But then, half the staff were ignoring the one-way system too. So no wonder a bunch of others assumed it didn’t apply to them. Grrrrr!

It’s been so long since I last drove the car I made myself feel ill!!

PoD - I might race at some point, but having been ill for 6+ weeks I’m still just plodding along keeping heart rate below threshold. When I’m fitter I might have a go as I guess there’s nothing to lose eh ?
