Thanks. Hip replacements amaze me. She’s walking with a frame and doing well. Strikes me a new hip is a pretty big deal but apparently it’s a routine thing.

Just got back to sunny Borkel after a night on the town in Brx with the rugby ladies, and I'll be off for a gentle running as soon as I've got changed.
