At least my gym might return to some semblance of sanity. The January horde have been particularly irksome this year.

It was already in Chesterfield waiting for us yesterday. Filthy uphill run for me in sideways rain. Just filthy at the rugby club.

Good morning,
Pod, a cracking day of running and a perfectly paced sub 1:30 did you have a big train to pull along?
I managed two runs over the weekend both around 6 miles, I was mainly on forestry track yesterday. This morning I felt a real chill in the air for the first time in ages, there will be swimming later with the Tri club

First 8 miles it was huge , by 10 it had dropped a little and at 12 I pushed the last few on but definitely helped a good lot get it home or get very close.
Put up a good set of mile splits

GMDS, TF, etc, etc IBS. Early doors this morning, first time in 2020 that I've actually got to the pool before work rather than just switching off the alarm and going back to sleep. Included 1000m TT as a benchmark for the beginning of the year (I know it's nearly February but better late than never).
