I forgot - I've just invested in a helmet mounted read LED flasher from Halfords of all places. It stops helmet adjustment because it attaches over the turny ratchet bit but has the advantage of being at eye level. |

My new duathlon bike shoes have arrived. I may well be in love If anyone is looking for a low mileage pair of Sworks (with drawbridge heel) or Mavics in YELLOW then make me an offer Sworks are size 43 Mavic are more snug 42 I believe Both are top end shoes (used but not over used) |

Morning all. Like a total numpty, I arrived in Brussels for training last night only to realise I'd left the keys to my apartment (which contains useful things like my astro safe boots, shorts, contact lenses and possibly even more importantly, my bed) in Borkel. I had enough kit with me to get through training (provided nobody got too precious about metal studs on the astro), but would definitely be needing some things before the game today, so after training it was straight back to NL. Which did mean an extra night in my real bed, but now also means I have to drive back to Brussels to pick people up before heading on to Soignies. |
