AA and a big well done to Miss Lammo, I know how hard it is watching your kids compete at sport (and thank god I don't have to do that with Teen2 any more)
got a cancellation for my nerve conduction test and had it done on saturday morning, and I did suffer 'flight discomfort' at times, and the conclusion is : there's no difference in nerve conduction round the ankle between good and bad foot  seeing consultant in a months time, and I'm sure there will be more scans on the horizon. Its so painful right now, and I can only manage about 25-30 mins walking before I have to stop, which is a right PITA. I'm trying to get enthusiastic about other forms of exercise and struggling as swimming in the pool is so damn boring hoping it calms down enough that I can get out on my bike without the road vibration setting it off too much

Afternoon all. Festive greetings to you all.
I am on the beach. Today is the big Christmas party day in Argentina. Sprouts are unlikely to feature, which is a shame. I will compensate by eating more meat.

Evening all. Family duties and a 450 mile round trip complete, back late last night,
Today sees a return to normality: 2k in the pool, 3 x 20 at 85% on the watter with 4 mile run off. Closely followed by Pizza then the war of stars.
(Decent, slots into 4th place for me).
Now knocking out mince pies and prepping lunch for two tomorrow.
