Daft is TRO doing on the Book Group wire? Not that it isn't good to see the old bugger and all but it's a bit disorienting.

Twas an error itching up there, full of people with brains the size of planets discussing things. Frightening.

I didn't get one either. I saw some miserable bastard riding one this morning by the bridge over the Wharfe - someone obviously read his Christmas List properly. On the plus side I did get a new torque wrench and a bottle of Glenmoranjie :-)

It’s amazing the joy a torque wrench can bring to the mechanically minded.

I have a multi tool which I can already see will be utterly useless at each and every one of its supposed abilities.

If I had the fingers of a 3 year old I may be able to test the scissors.

Fine cognac and a new pair of slippers (importantly identical to the last pair! ;) ).

Surrounded by family and full of food. I’m a very happy man.

I do enjoy a good torque wrench.

My haul so far includes some awesome Christmassy running socks, a compact but multifaceted food processor, some lovely jewelry, a Discworld calendar, and some mystery gifts that haven't arrived yet.

I also have some amazon vouchers which will be deployed once I know what everything else is.

Merry Wednesday, one and all!
