MA - but quiet chez Frag, had a cortisone + hyalauronic acid injection into the ankle of doom last week and it did swell into a mighty fine cankle :-(
Although I still have a loads of nerve tingling still going on, it does now feel like it’s maybe moving a bit more freely *crosses fingers*

Bike ride on Sunday set it off, hoping the return to the gym later won’t have the same effect...
