Plodding Kath
Went for a little pool swim but am still whimpering every time I stand up. I have a foam roller but need to summon up a bit more courage to use it.
Next one is Royal Windsor in 2 weeks. My 15 yr old son is doing it as his first adult tri so I need to improve so he doesn’t beat me by too much Thanks so much everyone for advice and encouragement

22 miles on the bike this evening, it was warm and a little breezy, I'm hopeful I'll be able to run on Tuesday the blister is healing nicely.
