I also survived 50 and didn't collapse in a heap of self-pity.
I am also fat.
However, I did run 69. Swam a tiny bit, which was a win. Bike a few errands. Still can't use my Brompton.

It's sort of traditional for hotel "residents" to display their monthly training figures. Some are exceptional (TRO), others are exceptionally dismal (mine) but hopefully serve no lesser purpose than proving there’s always someone worse off than yourself (unless you’re me, of course).
It used to be that this display was eagerly awaited and was undertaken on either the last day of the month or the first of the next.
So yes, you have a wanger!
