Illfitting, misshapen titchy tiny todger:

Swim — 0 (unless you count sculling drills and treading water whilst teaching, which I don’t)
Run — 0 (not even barely a walk, let alone anything more worthwhile)
Bike — 42½ miles in 3¼ hours (a couple of really nice Monday rides with MrsC, but that's all)

DVD Extras:
I’m the fattest I’ve ever been. Ever.

If the inspirational MrsC and our young lad sat on the opposite end of my seesaw they wouldn’t budge it. In fact, I’m not even sure if our flyweight young lass added on would make enough difference. I certainly wouldn’t be catapulted, that’s for sure. So I weigh about the same as the rest of my family. For shame.

On the upside:

50 Not Out ~ raises bat to the stands ~ :) :) :)

To answer a question from LD a few pages ago:
Super Sprint - 400m swim, 14.5k cycle, 2.6k run.
My times on sunday would have been worthy of pride had I been competing in the Sprint even which was a tad longer. But my aim was to cross the finish line and I achieved that.
Without wearing a wetsuit, and on a borrowed road bike. :-)
