Wife and I, both in our 50s were staying at my mum’s last year, before racing next day.

We went out for a recce ride the day before, sent on our way with a ‘be careful kids’ from my mum....

Back from my ride, of course my wiggle delivery arrived shortly after I had departed, never mind.

Glorious ride, loved it.

It is a glorious day, I'm jealous you got out on your bike Lammo, I'm hoping it'll still be reasonable at the weekend and I can get out then - I am so sick of the turbot.
Lovely run this morning though and swim at lunch too, much easier to find your mojo when the sun is shining.

It does look lovely out (but better put it away now! :-) )

My bike needs a good service before I can risk going out on it. :-(
