I'm so glad not to the only one in acronym ignorance. IDKWYTAHTT.

Pick the bones out of that. :-)

Anyway, OH has pumped up my tyres and checked my bike over so I suppose I'd better go for a ride on it; then, I shall go for a lunchtime swim. If I'd brought my OW gear (wetsuit, boots, gloves) I could well have gome for a sea swim as it's looking gorgeous today. But I didn't so I won't.

Crashed on the mtb last night, sort right elbow/arm but ok.

PB up the climb while riding the single speed.

Belated well done PoD for 'heels over head' rather than 'head over heels' (I think this was what I saw on Strava). My head is over my heels right now, and this is in no way remarkable.
