Quality evening last night with an easy hour watted, a run with some moderate efforts and 2.8k in the pool 'pink mist' set. 30 minute easy dreadmill jog this morning. I'm on the E2 this weekend :-). After last weekend I may ditch the Vittoria Corsa Get off and walk back to HQ's and go Gatorskins to get a finish...#stillpissedoff

Off for a few days with Mr Frag : I bought him a driving experience at Goodwood for Xmas, so he's going to be driving very fast cars on friday morning - he is very excited Staying a nice hotel, so doing some of that spa/swim/relax stuff as well.
