I often don't understand the header 
In strava news, as many of you know I am a hater of the KOM HUNTER, the Zwifter, the Sportive pretend racer etc. You get my drift and yet recently I, the PoD have been KOM HUNTING. Oh yes, to prepare for hill climb season I am hitting some segments on my ride. Last night I got the KOM on one of them. Over 1400 riders and I am joint first. Sadly i admit to being quite pleased with myself.
Numbers 1 min 12 seconds at 397 watts average.
There are 2 other parts to the climb and I am just outside the top 10 on 1 and 6th on the other.
More hunting ffs
Oh today is run day Wednesday so I have been running.

Remind me when I get upstairs and I’ll make it POTM.
Me and Dougal were baffled by a bloke waiting for the ferry a couple of weeks ago talking about all these races he’d done well at. We eventually realised he was not only a Sportive Racer but also An Expert In Everything. Including, bizarrely, yoga.
Dougal didnt react particularly well but said nothing, due to Project Be More Surrey.

I find I have very little time for EIEs, fortunately my busy yet secluded life means I rarely meet them these days.
Morning all. Went pool last night, first time since my birthday, on the back of a very tiring weekend... not a pleasant sight, not at all.
