if the other half is talking about buying a CNC milling machine for about the same money (slightly more even), which we definitely don't have any space to store right now and would have to hire a van to go collect, that basically gives me a big green light for the bike purchase, right?
It takes up less space and will be easier to collect.

Or, more accurately, I fear becoming very poor with little notice, and am having to overcome the sensible voice telling me I need to build up some savings rather than spunking over 50% of my pay cheque on a second bike.

I don't normally pop in here but Sweetie - bite their hands off. I bought a Langma Advanced Pro 0 in spring and absolutely adore it. I then crashed it and wrote it off but am picking up a replacement later this week now the insurance money has come through - there was no question that I was going to replace it with anything else as it's such a nice bike.
