3.5 hrs on the road bike and into the top 10 on 2 local hill koms I am gauging myself on. Then 2hrs on the MTB, off to the gym for a leg session now. Fun times in the house of PoD |

Nice one Podderoo. We're just back from the Borders. Super day today: no medicals, no mechanicals, just glorious swoopy singletrack in the sun We have now visited 5 of the 7 Stanes sites (6 if you include Innerleithen, but that them makes the 7 Stanes 8...). I think my favourite of the week is Kirroughtree, but they were all really good and so very quiet. Yesterday we spent nearly an hour trying to fix my bike on the track and didn't see a single person. On a Saturday?! If you like your trails quiet you should definitely make the effort to come.
