Nice one PoD - it always helps when you ride your MTB. It reminds me to stop chasing mileage numbers. #ThanksCoach

Good man Dougal.
So far I have merely been duathlete scum, but will try to rectify the situation later.

You'd all better sit down. I have been !
A gentle, easy, 2,000 metres in around 46 minutes. Felt good, really enjoyed it.
While stocking up on provisions after swimming at the local supermarket, I realised that after and then I'd not eaten or drunk anything all day. This has now been rectified.

Evening All. Another great day on the Riviera. We’ve biked Dalbeattie and Kirroughtree the last couple of days. Brilliant fat-tyred frolics, fun for all ages. Only had one medical and one workshop mechanical on the trail so far (and all dealt with in-house).
Happy Days! :):)

Right packed and sorted ready for a long Schlep to ‘almost Scotland’ aka the Lake District.
If I get my aris out of bed early and have a decent run should be up there in time for the end of our World Cup run. Need to do a course recce as well. Laters.
