Morning all.
I find the BikeRadar Turbo sessions quite good. They range from 45 to 60 minutes.
Circuits at lunch.

I am ignoring Scribs as I've never used Youtube workouts which I think is what Scribs is after.
Otherwise my answer would be 'Get on Zwift, but I'm told TrainerRoad is quite good as well - both have good structured programmes to follow'.
I have lioned.
Twas good; hill runnage and some watting to follow.

I am a music man, currently but that may change if i can persuade myself to spend more time on the turbot, though i think watching some would distract me from what i'm supposed to be doing. Also, its good mental training as well, no tv to watch during a race.
Morning, big sleep for me, and nice steak dinner tonight, will be some form of training tomorrow, honest guv.
Also, morning.

The great Paula Newby Fraser, IM Hawaii legend did all her turbos - including long rides with no music, turbo facing a completely blank, featureless wall for mental training.
