Thanks TRO - must admit I am very happy to see that power for what is a Zone 3 effort where I am drifting into Zone 4. Previous years I have struggled early season to hold a sustained effort so I am hoping these sessions will give me the head start I need.
I have 3 CX races left, there is a down period planned and Christmas where I will ride but be very "OFF PLAN"

The Scribbler
I have (don't laugh) acquired an indoor spin bike. Pretty basic computer thing on it that will measure time, rpm etc.
Anyone recommend workouts that I can download or play from Youtube or similar. There seem to be loads so I'd rather go for quality and recommendation than try a load that suck. I'm initially looking to build up my bike fitness and lose some flab. Then will be trying to get fit for a longer distance cycling challenge in April followed by a standard tri in June. I will still be getting out on my bike in the real world when I can.
