Morning.

I turbo in the shed, watching the birds on the feeders. Seems to make the time pass and it's cooler than indoors.

I've been running. The wind is still a bit nippy.

Scribbs. TrainerRoad is excellent, but I have mentioned that before on here. Although to be honest for the equipment you have I would say that's not going to work. Get on some of the GCN workouts or I used to use Spinervals... they were quite good too.

Mate of mine was recently diagnosed with PTSD. Apparently one of his symptoms was that he couldnae be arsed.

Just re-visited my training log and am now keeching ma breeks that I’ve got it too... :-o
