Is strava better? I quite fancied filling my head with TLAs.

Hmm. More thought then. Perhaps a 1 month upgrade and see how it goes. Was tempted by the massive discount on a 12-month sub, but it's a lot of money to shell out if it isn't going to be helpful.

strava on Premium is a bit meh, only have it for the segments on my Garmin. Training Peaks on Premium is good, I do like it and use it alot. It does get a bit scary tho when the subs start building up. Ive currently got strava Training Peaks, SportTracks, TrainerRoad and Zwift. Im loathe to get rid of any of them. The least useful is SportTracks, but its got my entire history in it... and I cant figure out how to export it and then import it into Training Peaks, which I would do if I could.

GMDS, CRK, TF etc. IBS.
The evil coach gave us individual coaching points based on our stroke when using a pull buoy. He shortened the time I have my face out the water when breathing and got me to hold the stroke until my face was back in the water. It did make a difference.
We then used the machine that goes PING! set at 60 / sec to establish a stoke count (18 per length in my case) then upped it every 25m until form failed and stroke count dropped. We then used that threshold to do 50m reps.
I'm going to get my wiener out now. Going to sound like a broken record but it's minute.

Sorry Doog - can you explain para 2 sentence 2, either here or on GoL?
My weiner is going to be super-tiny. Always is in October.
Going to be something like one-and-a-bit / about-a-hundred / thirty-odd
Get under that if you can.
