Swim - 03:02 (17.42%) - 5.6km (3.5 Miles) Bike - 07:16 (41.65%) - 141.6km (87.8 Miles) Run - 07:09 (40.93%) - 71.9km (44.6 Miles) X-Train - 18:13
Total: 17:29:05 covering 219.1km (135.9 miles) Average of: 1:11 a day (incl x-train).
A close run thing, Gerp. Very little time on the bike this month.
The x-train included hours of walking in Italy, which I'm not sure _really_ counts as training.

That's a damn' close run thing Doog. I probably beat you on hours though because of titting around playing tennis and kayaking and stuff.

I’ve not done much this month. Full stop. I am now recovered from being killed fatally to death by head cold though so am planning a phoenix-like resurrection with my new Plan.

Did everyone listen to Our Hel's interview of the wonderful Sarah True on the OAPodcast?
Ankh should listen to it for her views on Scotland, and especially 70.3 Edinburgh. I think he might just decide he wants to marry the woman on the back of it.
Anyone who's ever been stalked by a black dog should also listen to it.
