Understand how you feel PK. I found day trading was just taking up too much of my life so have switched to an entirely long-term approach cos I like to see how people are getting along. I appreciate the small band who are holding me long-term as I’d like to get my Thoroughbred but please don’t worry if it’s causing you stress.
For those who are hanging on (or day trading) I won’t make huge progress over the next week but am planning to run every day so should end the week higher. Then once November miles drop off progress should accelerate as December was quite poor.

No, no stress CD, just lost it's sparkle. It's all good when there are badges to aim for, or any kind of target, but as others have said before, the removal of the 'tax' for selling takes a wee bit away from the game. Fizz will march on to a (deserved) 'first person to purchase everyone' crown, so I just felt it was taking up too much of my time and becoming a chore rather than a bit of fun - which is what it was intended for. It was points accumulation for the sake of it without any real purpose. I'm not surprised that I came to this decision at a weekend, when my mind was otherwise occupied.
It's no problem to hold you - I like to pay it forward as I'll be making a push for mine shortly - so all's good.

Don't bother with me today, just doing 1 mile to get the paper and back. I'm also looking to change my pattern of running, getting some quality back rather than quantity. I will usually put a note on here for any long runs, but basically my knees are a bit worn out and after the 1000 day streak, WSW multi player and 200 miles a month, I need a bit of a rest.
As you might guess, I do get addicted to games and targets. The one thing I haven't done is an ultra, and I'm thinking that I might just aim for a 50k this summer - if so then I'll let you know.

Chrisity I do understand totally and you deserve to ease back.I think we have a similar mindset.
My PF increased and I felt better today but I only did what I thought was right for me and it worked.I am also looking at quality over quantity and fit it in with 3 weight sessions a week.
