Welshpoppy, how your asthma is better soon.
Sorry to the 6 investors I currently have, but I’m not running today. I’ve managed a 52 day steak, had intended to run every day this month but just not feeling it today. Am running around 11am tomorrow, depending what time my friend gets here - distance unknown as yet.

Thanks for holding me for my thoroughbred! I don't think I'm too far now!! Two extra runs this week have helped!
Back to normal schedule this week but my Tuesday and Thursday runs are going to be logging earlier than normal as Liz's hubby is not working so we can go as soon as I finish work! Upload before 5pm

I still can't quite believe I have actually achieved it to be honest. I know I wouldn't have without the support of people on here with all the encouraging etc.
I never thought I would be able to continuously run for 30 minutes without stopping! It's amazing what is possible!
Now it's about speed and distance over time and of course my charity month in march!

Note to long term investors, I'm expecting a rise of 48 on the plan this week. I'd recommend selling me after my run next Sunday as gains will be minimal thereafter.

I have 7m to lose from 26/11 and 2m from the 27/11 then my calf played up so didn’t run 3weeks so long term investors should make good gains.
