I will be back pounding the lanes today after a bit of a niggle. My value can't go any lower, and nothing will drop off for another fortnight due to minor surgery last October which forced a layoff. So, the only way is up....

following a lie in to get ready lol me and A-T-R are going to attempt to plod 1 mile each hour over the course of Saturday starting from midnight tonight (plus an extra 2 somewhere to try and hit a marathon in 24 hours)
Tuesday we have been together a year.....as he's on a diet and I'm unable to really go out anywhere whilst waiting for the op, we are going to spend the day jogging round the block, watching telly , jogging some more and spend the day together that way!
Probably both be single by Sunday LOL

B-lass got my days mixed up and as I have you bought AtR but he lost me 25 credits over night I was a bit miffed when you both had not run...LOL
