First-time poster!!

Hi all! I've been logging training for a while and seem to have made myself tradeable, so thought it was time I popped in to say hello and offer some kind of investor prospectus 
For the long-termers it was a big mileage year until virtual London, now slacking off a bit, expecting to pick it up again in January. For day traders, my running days tend to be fairly regular - though having said that tomorrow's run will probably happen after work today instead and I can offer about 5 miles, to be uploaded sometime around 6:30-7pm.
Hope I can make a few of you some points!

Another tip is to follow runners, that way they appear in your New Notifications tab at the middle top of the page. I copy and paste them into a file, with the time i pasted it, so that i know roughly when they ran, and more importantly, if you have missed them.

I will be out later this evening...
Just out of interest.. any of the 50+ people who are holding me at the moment care to tell me where I am up to in terms of value? I know a lot brought around the 20 mark ...
Just wondering how far I need to go to make some of you 100.
Also finally had the date confirmed for my op so from Jan 5th I wont be running for 2-3 months then it's all uphill again for thunder run!
