HappyG(rrr)
October: HappyG - 365 - 151 - 23 Best month of year, 81 miles, 23 hours of which 9 non-running of which 3 hrs sailing! :-)

Need to increase my gym (once per week is insufficient), hopefully the running is picking up a bit naturally.

Well done everyone on your inspiring training totals! :-) G

And then I went and forgot. Sorry guys... Update below:

October: Autumnleaves - 600 - 515 - 46 - bit of a low month but still hopeful of making target (assuming I can stay away from colds, flu & Covid! - fingers crossed AL)

October: Evil Pixie - 500 - 437 - 28 - the brown stuff hit the fan and training has been forgotten for now, expect the same next month (sending continued hugs)

October: georgiegirl - 650 - 567 - 40 - work/life is crazy so decided to back off training for my sanity, while keeping up some training for Escape from Meriden! Increased target to 650

October: GimmeMedals - 450 - 346 - 34 A month behind but on track for this to be my 2nd highest annual training hours ever. (well done GM)

October: HappyG - 365 - 151 - 23 Best month of year, 81 miles, 23 hours of which 9 non-running of which 3 hrs sailing! :-) (Well done :) G)

October: NordRunner - 500 - 461 - 52 - coughed a lot but ready for a half in Nov. (good luck for the half and no coughing)

October Riggys99 600-476-44 - Despite running 203 miles this was a lower month time wise than I expected. Would like to say it’s because I am running faster but it’s because we went for less walks (good luck for the Marathon! Massive running miles!)

October: TheScribbler - 300 - 194 - 16 - Am not going to make my target this year, but happy to clock up a few more hours. (hopefully the new job will help, congrats again)

October: Sweetie - 400 - 385 - 32 - reasonable month. (nice)

October : Welshpoppy -650-625-41- Pretty good month. (fab)

October: westmoors - 365 - 297 - 31 - On par for the month but a little behind for the year. (maybe achievable still, good luck)

About This Thread

Maintained by geordie bells
Name - Target (hrs) - Year so far (hrs) - This Month (hrs)

November: Autumnleaves 600 - 564 - 49, barring disasters, should make target! (lets keep everything crossed)

November: Evil Pixie - 500 - 459 - 22, unlikely to happen now! I think I increased my target so I’ll take that (with all you were dealing with you did well to get 22, you will be back but take care)

November: geordiegirl - 650 - 638 - 78, an ultra followed by a VERY active holiday has helped and given me my highest ever training hours & walking miles! We now need a holiday to recover!

November: GimmeMedals - 380 - 363 - 17, DVT and PE diagnosis has reduced what I can do for the time being. (really sorry to hear this GM, sending you positive recovery and healing vibes, GWS)

November: HappyG(rrr) - 365 - 167 - 16, A cold this last week put paid to a peak month! :-) Hitting half of my target might not even happen. Woeful. Well done other TTTTers some impressive times in there. :-) G (all hours achieved are an achievement, well done for keeping going)

November: NordRunner - 500 - 510 - 48, DNSed a half due to a cough but kept running (sorry about the DNS, hope you're well now)

November: riggys99 - 600 - 502 - 26 , Terrible month Achilles injury to left leg so not run or walked a lot to nurse the injury to attempt mara but had to DNF that at 15 miles out of 26.7. Not going to make target so it will be next years target. (sorry to hear about the injury, fingers crossed you're all recovered for next year)

November: TheScribbler - 230 - 216 - 17, I'm going to tweak my target to 230 for the year, but am relatively happy with what I'm managing to fit in. (well done on what you're doing, and hopefully the new job will help give you more space for exercising if you need it)

November: Sweetie - 400 - 425 - 40, target achieved! :-) (and exceeded with a month to spare! Well done!)

November: Welshpoppy - 650 - 660 - 35, Target achieved a month earlier than planned (and exceeded with a month to spare! Well done!)

November: westmoors - 365 - 327 - 30, Again on par for the month but a lot to do in December if I'm going to hit the target. (from your blog you are doing really well and varied, so well done!)

About the thread:

A shout out if anyone else wants to set themselves a goal in terms of time training (hours).

Remember, whatever you want to count as training... counts as training. If it's walking the dog, cycling to work, mindfulness and meditation, knitting, whatever you want to track, you track the hours!!

For anyone who wants to join us - it's easy, just estimate how many hours a year of training you want to do, and each month we see if we're on target.

2024 is a GO! :-) G

Here we track time spent doing anything you want to track as training. Ideal for non-runners, cross trainers, walkers, the injured etc!

Inspired by Sigh's blog (even though he's not playing any more!) fetcheveryone.com/blog/83896/2019/7#blog395919

Time has now been added to most logs, summaries and graphs, so thanks Fetch! :-) G
