Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good morning from the Alicante bus station WiFi🌻

Lyrics: Feck! Should have got that! I'm quite a fan of his work and I've heard that song loads of times.

What: Probably just walking. Might go to the marathon expo this evening and get it over with.
But: The weather is currently perfect! Shorts and t-shirt but not roasting.
Last hard: Saturday.

Lyrics: no but I’m a fan too. Great writer, great voice

What: walks

Last hard: singing next to John the vicar’s son last night. He’s got a great voice but is really powerful, and I was struggling to hear myself

Morning

Enjoy the run @ElspethF

Shorts and t-shirt sound nice @Velociraptor . Good onward travel.

What: running rest day might go for a walk or trundle on the indoor bike though
Why: need one after an MLR and before a tempo nasty tomorrow
Last hard: seeing things in the woods yesterday despite my headtorch

Lyrics: errm - pass!

Morning!

Lyrics: no

What: a couple of short buggy runs

Why: took grandson to nursery and will pick up later. Easier than getting all the ice off the car!

Enjoy your trip, @Velociraptor! I really enjoyed Valencia when I went; by pure coincidence it was half marathon weekend. Have you been before?

Nice buggy running Ale!
Shorts and t shirt sounds unlikely where I am although it's a still and sunny morning and did take my jacket and hat off eventually!
Nice run although not speedy, just short of 10m with the trails rather squishy, as I anticipated. Lovely calm seas.Enjoy the rest day Hazel!
Buggy runs sound fun. Don't think the boys double buggy is good for that sort of thing but there is a bit of running after Ellie if she is on her bike! Looking forward to it next week.
