Nice run although not speedy, just short of 10m with the trails rather squishy, as I anticipated. Lovely calm seas.Enjoy the rest day Hazel! Buggy runs sound fun. Don't think the boys double buggy is good for that sort of thing but there is a bit of running after Ellie if she is on her bike! Looking forward to it next week.
