Not much time for training or fetching. Lyrics: yes, a favourite band What: Easy-ish, long-ish bike this afternoon. Indoors on account of the sner, obvs. Last hard: Tuesday's hour+ on the Wattbike Last rest: yesterday And yes, we have unwanted froze precipitation at the moment. Makes work stressful and hard and spoils plans. I wish it would stay in the mountains where it can be useful.

Enjoy the indoor stuff Angus, yoga cancelled again this week here but done 3 online sessions so feeling smug! Just in from just short of 10m, way slower than same run last week due to snow, slush slippery stiles and boardwalks and inconsiderate drivers....or maybe I'm just slow! A lot of concentration involved and a couple of hail showers too.
