RFJ Nov 2024 4:58pm, 21 Nov 2024 4,621 posts	0 RFJ Afternoon all Lyrics - No Had a rant at MH services today, since last crash they have been ringing me each week, saying the same thing in a roundabout way, all I get back is in essence the therapists are dealing with it, well they haven't spoken to me yet.... Oh they will do when then have a plan, well surely to have a plan they have to speak to me.... Frustration is kicking in as fear another crash isn't far away, (hope not), but there is pressure on the trigger.... Catheter change went well, bonus... Tried to hammer it a bit on the Ex Bike, so 37:45 (10m), feeling a bit better after that. Thanks for the continued support, it really does help 👏👏👏 Take care and God Bless x

Lyrics: I feel that I should and can hazard a guess at the band. So no! What: another no. Why: work, freezing weather (just started sleeting), still lurgified. Hopefully a short run tomorrow. Yesterday: Maria Muldaur, Midnight at The Oasis. Have always really like this! Surprised more people didn't know it!
