Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Ouch LD, hoping it eases off.

Still got the tail end of a cold here but managed a short run on the treadmill last night. I’ll keep medicating and have another short treadmill run today.

Temperatures are rising and the snow is melting thankfully, so hopefully be able to run outside soon.

Morning all, I've been laid down with a lurgy for the last week but managed a walk with no issues yesterday so going to attempt a run today - easy 5k, might Jeff it.

Report from Dave as he went to work is that it’s still sheet ice under the slush, so haven’t run, yogaed and strengthed instead!

Spurred on by yesterday's success I did 6km before work this morning. I was motivated by getting more WSW squares but still have run 15km in the past 24 hours which is pretty impressive by my recent standards.

Morning all.
Impressed by all the running you’re doing, despite the weather.
Hope your pesky glute behaves today, LD 🙏
So sorry about your Dad, Som - hugs x
Me? I’m just dog walking. Hoping to start C25K once I’ve got rid of this pesky cough.

Morning all. Not a great night so feeling a bit rough. Hopefully will improve as the day goes on

Well done Idris. That is impressive.

Sorry about your Dad Som. Dementia sucks even if there are the odd moments of grim humour.

Ouch LD! The most innocuous things sometimes seem to cause catastrophic results. My OH once put her back out brushing her teeth. Hope it improves soon

Our snow has mostly gone. Yoga & strength done (although yoga hasn't appeared here yet). Off to look at a new-to-us car shortly.

Thank goodness the snow is away. I walked Brodie to his 2’s group then went to the dentist to see if I could get the tooth I broke yesterday seen to so they have an appointment for 8.45am tomorrow…another great service.

Snow hanging about a bit more here but managed another short run on the treadmill. Will do another one later on this evening.
