Just five miles today on a lovely dog walk across the reedbeds (FLAT!) with Jess and Raffo. MUST NOT do more today, mileage is acceptable... and I have a super hard track session on Sunday morning and do not want to do it on wrecked legs. Have been sucked in! sighs
