Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Really noticed an improvement in my upper body definition after starting a daily press-up regime now at 100 a day so pulled the trigger and bought the book (You Are Your Own Gym) from World Of Books. I balked a little at the £12.99 rrp but secured a second hand one in excellent condition for £2.99 delivered next week.

Hi TBR - Will let you know when it arrives next week.

It’s sort of the “official” book of this thread. Looking forward to it as gym training never sticks with me but simple bodyweight exercises that can be fitted in at home appeals more & more, especially after seeing the results of just doing a few daily pressups.

It has lots of different exercises for different areas, some of which use doors and tables.

I've not really found anywhere in the house where I'm happy doing the pull-up type exercises for fear of breaking the furniture etc.
