Work is done for the year so we’re off for a walk in the woods this morning. Will try use this afternoon to make a start and see how I get on :-)

One of my goals could be to get kids to join in on this - but that is probably pushing it!

Day 7 done. Quite like squats so today’s challenge wasn’t too bad. Still finding the side planks a challenge though!

And as part of my reflection I realised I needed to add something about restarting weight training and that it felt a bit cheaty to have “lose weight” and “sort nutrition” as 2 separate entries when they are intrinsically linked.

I like squats. Forgot to smile, though. All of today's done. Side planks are the hardest, I think, as long as I remember to put on shoes for the wall sit.
