So to catch up in one shot I need:
7 squats

6 targets, 6 reflections
15 deadbugs

16 x 30 sec planks (oof)
15 press-ups
12 burpees (ouch - especially in combo with the press-ups)
7 mins of wall-sits (in 7 separate sessions!)
