JustCommandhohoho!
I typed in some goals and then had to turn my computer off and back on again a few times! Anyway, day 6 DONE 1. Do not gain weight (losing would be better but being realistic!) 2. Finish project joker without catching a cold or a global pandemic arriving = target for that a 30 min parkrun (remember them? sigh...) 3. Keep 1 weekend a month free (It's not all been bad this year, we've done more local walks, had time together, and sorted the house out a lot. I'm keen not to return to 100% whooshing about) 4. Work. Scrum master a 2nd team without losing marbles. Ask for help! 5. Actually hit a running mileage target, and not just by making it really low
6. Spare room next - lick of paint and a new carpet.

Day 7 done as I was thinking when would I fit it in and decided NOW. I seem to have very few meetings today...! How are people taking wall sit photos? Am I going to have to learn how to use the timer thingumy?

Raggedy runner
Day 7 done. I think I may have actually done a burpee with more than a passing resemblance to a proper one. However, stupidly I read ‘squats’ and the brain converted it to lunges, maybe because I prefer them! So for today only, 7 lunges and 7 squats done. Knees are creaking.

I always have a 3 second timer on my front facing camera, JC, so I have time to extend my arm and don't have to worry about dropping my phone because I'm holding it weirdly to be able to reach the button.

Day 7 done. Squats were ok actually. Forearm plank hurt today. I’m achey so took myself for an ice bath (aka swim in the sea). I still hurt

Jeez, the planks are hard. Done the squats, deadbugs, press-ups and burpees.
One set of planks done, three more to go plus the wall-sits. Trying to find a wall that lets me watch Pointless at the same time
Goals: 1) 1200 miles running in 2020 2) sub 3:30 VLM 3) continue some form of regular body weight exercises ...
