Great miles this morning Steve, well done.
A good time hillstrider for your parkrun today.
Thanks Lesley, I feel privileged and lucky to be able to run as well as I do considering how long I've been running.

I managed at new course PB, 27.37. My last fastest time was about this time last year, 27.52. Really happy with that.

Well done Steve on your run and HS on your parkrun time.

Well done Lesley, that's an excellent parkrun time. I doubt whether I will get under 28 minutes again.

Today is a rest day, and tomorrow is a planned 10 mile road run with the Monday Group.

Well done Steve, 5.1m is brilliant.

Well done on all the parkrunning everyone and for a great PB Lesley.

I seem to be getting slower but I’m happy to be out getting the miles in. I went out on Friday for a longer run I wanted 14 to see what my time would be (I have cut offs in the Darkskies runs) I was well within but I know Kielder will be hillier. Ended off doing 18m and had every season to deal with overcast when I left the rain came, dried up sun came out, rained then the wind picked up.

Off to get my friend her 15k garmin badge today we’re running at Lambton Park - it used to be a safari park when we were kids. They’ve sold lots of land off for housing but they have some routes open to the public from time to time. Looking forward to exploring I did a 10k night run a few years ago but didn’t see much of where I was.

18 eek that’s fab GG. Have a nice run today.

I’m meeting a friend shortly for a nice slow social hopefully about 6.
Well done Lesley on the course pb.
Close HS you’ll soon be sun 30 again.
I got 30:56 which is an improvement as it is supposed to be a tougher course all trail and hilly. It was a lovely country park and I really enjoyed my run which is the most important thing for me. Not sure if I said well done Steve on your 5+ great going. Sorry if I missed anyone.

I had a route planned to do about 16.4 and ended up with 18.2 miles. Quite pleased with that this morning. That's 43.4 miles over 3 days this week compared to 43.9 miles over 4 days last week. I think next week will be a cut back week.

Nice mileage FF. I managed a slow progressive 6 today with some signs of progress. Planning a 10 Wednesday and will make my mind up about my half after that.

We had a great run the castle jus topped up from nowhere, all trail often not much of a pathway and so so muddy we were slower than a turtle in treacle in places the amount t of time we slid back down a hill we’d battled up was hilarious 🤣 proper belly laughs. So for Mags her 15k badge and of course rounded up to 10m
