Hello all, I'm pleased you're all being either sensible or very balanced and remaining upright. I did 13.5 miles this morning, the roads weren't too bad at all, far better than I expected although I did wear trail shoes.

Well run 5k again LL. Great long miles again FF and marcathon miles hs. Nice pic. Nice pic. (😂).

Have now done my best annual miles for five years after 3.6 yesterday morning; I ventured out later than usual at 10am when it was still 0c but we haven't had snow. Some frozen sleet along trails which I was able to avoid.
Lucky to have been offered a full heart CT scan now next Tuesday.

That was much too cold for running Lesley!

Well done FF, for another long run.

It wasn't my marcathon Steve, but part of Paul's who ran with us, and took the photo. I am not a fan of marcathons, as I don't believe in running every day, even when nursing an injury. Rest days are essential in my opinion.

Well done for your highest mileage for 5 years, and Fingers crossed 🤞 for your full heart CT scan on Tuesday.

The pavements were fairly icy this morning, so I was extra cautious doing my Farmers Walk 🚶‍♂️

We didnt end off going, my friend isnt used to winter running and the paths were treacherous and freezing fog didnt help. She was later arriving than planned and good job we didnt go as her daughter's netball training was cut short due to low numbers.

Glad you've got your CT scan booked in and not too long to wait. Congrats on the highest miles in 5 years :)

I'm with you hs, everytime I try the everyday running I end off with some issue or another as I think I push on and dont listen. Rest days work for me.

That's a good long run for a Monday FF.

I'll head out for a couple at lunchtime again.

Wow that is cold Lesley. No running here as snow now ice make it imposible. Took to the exercise bike today but will treadmill tomorrow. Good luck with the scan Steve.
I’ve done RED for a month but that’s my limit.

Was another cold night again last night, similar lows temperatures again. Did 5k after work this afternoon, round the campus. Doesn't look like it's going to thaw anytime soon here.

Hope the scan goes well Steve and well done on your highest mileage.

That's brave GG 😬.
