Thanks FF. I don't have the luxury of a treadmill.

I don't like using it and more than likely might not, I'd more often miss a run than use it 99.9% if the time.

Well done Lesley great mileage in this weather. FF I don't normally suffer with the cold but the last few days I have really felt it. I am not a fan of treadmill running but have one that I use when I am desperate. We had planned to parkrun but the one we wanted to do was off so we ended up doing a really nice one lapper in a forest. Not the conditions for a great time for me but another location ticked off and a lovely morning out.

I'm not too bothered about the cold LL but the frosty roads I like to run on.

Well done to all those who have ventured out 👏👏. Some really great mileage being run.

I’ve run a one miler and then a 2 miler so far to see how I feel which was ok.

The roads and paths are frozen slush after yesterday’s snowfall so I’m waiting to see if it defrosts a little before venturing out.

White all over with a covering of snow here this morning and I cba'd to attempt a run. I'm just not feeling the love. I'll stay warm inside instead.

What a run Lesley, dunno how you put up with chill like that.
I don't actually suffer with cold weather I just don't like it😂. It's ok without wind ; this morning was altogether grim, light rain throughout my outing but at 2c and no wind it didn't feel bad (except for the effort!). Did 6.3 miles along saturated trails just as it was getting light.

Well done Lesley great running/mileage!

Sorry to hear that your parkrun was cancelled LL, but your forest run sounded good.

Thanks, I managed to manually record the first half of yesterday's run, so all mileage tables are correct now.

FF, sorry to hear about your snowy conditions. You are wise to not run on it.

JJ, I'm glad that you are feeling ok after your last couple of runs. I hope the snow defrosts before you set off on today's run 🤞

Well done Steve for todays 6.3 miles on trails.

I ran a solo hilly road 10k with a negative split this morning. It rained steadily, but not too heavy.

Saturday's parkrun will be my first as a 78 year old, as it will be my birthday midweek. It should improve my WAVA. 😁

Hi all can’t believe I’ve missed so many posts in my absence.

Hope you’re all ok and well done to those venturing out.

We’ve had quite a lot of snow, I had a run rest day Friday and yesterday was a friends backyard ultra social event I went with aim of 3-4 laps but my daft bunion started to rub and blister so I pulled at 3, it was extremely slippy in places and I had a coupe of 😲 moments so it was time to call it a day with 13.1m. This was the top of the last hill on my last lap.

Today I went out with my friend she was quite nervous and I did have a little fall well a slip and land on my bottom. It was so pretty
